About the AES Foundation
The AES Foundation was organized in 2020. Our purpose is the distribution of grants to support programs that strengthen, enhance, and enrich the lives of people in the communities we call home. The 3,000+ team members of AES proudly serve customers in 15 states. These team members select and nominate organizations in their communities that are important to them as our charity partners.
While fundraising and dispersing grants is a significant part of our Foundation’s purpose, we also do much more. Our relationships with charity partners include the opportunity for our employees to be involved and volunteer their time and talents to support these amazing organizations. These opportunities help others and enrich the lives of our team. The AES Foundation also dispatches Disaster Relief Teams when the need arises. Our state-of-the-art mobile Arby’s “Big Red” is used to provide meals and relief to communities in need.
